30 Days Parts and Labor (the Best in the Business)

• Parts, Service and Repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and defects for 30 days.  Beyond this time period items are warranted independently by the product's Manufacturer. Physically damaged items cannot be exchanged for replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.

Data safeguard

• We advises all clients to create backups prior to having their computers serviced. However, we understand that this capability is not available to everyone. As a result, we offer a courtesy data backup for a nominal fee that is offered at time of service.

Viruses and Spyware removal

• Virus and Spyware are guaranteed to be removed when we complete the service call. We cannot guarantee that you will not re-infect your computer. Warranty service will be void if system security configuration has been altered after technician departure. infected file will be checked to verify date of infection. Re-infected computers will be subject to normal service charges.

Non Refundable Charges

• Shipping, Delivery and travel charges are not refundable.

Limits of liability

• Mobile ITechs will not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, injuries, damages or expenses or loss of data arising from his services, the use or the inability to use the system or from any unauthorized access or alteration to the computer system [by a third party]. Customers is solely responsible for his personal data integrity before any work is to be carried out.
