Wonderful Service |

Having the tech
specialist answer the phone was reassuring. He was friendly and polite.
Being informed he could come the same day was wonderful.
He was friendly, efficient, competent and I felt that I had the right
person to help with my computer problem. Recommended several options
that I complied with to avoid losing my data again. (nice)
When the computer "crashed" again, I called him-a pleasure not to have
to explain to a secretary and then be connected to the Tech- he was
again very polite, said not to worry and came within the hour to collect
my computer. Called later to say he had restored my computer and would
bring it the next day-he was as good as his word.
Computer working!!!! wheeee
